Tyson + Audrey: Our Story

This was a fun shoot. These are the shoots that I could do every day and be totally happy. The weather was perfect. Light breeze. The location was great. The couple was attractive, stylish, and easy to film. Their story is cute. Yes to all of that. PLUS we got straight up flipped off on the drive up the canyon. Highlight of my day. We laughed so hard. I absolutely loved filming this couple. The weather was lovely. The couple was happy. The bridal party was a blast. Audrey has the cutest nose. I want to steal it. Tyson was a tough one to make laugh but I ended up getting so many awesome shots of him cracking up. I do what I have to do. Even when it's totally inappropriate. I just found this song and I absolutely love it! Enjoy :)

What a DARLING little family this is! Gorgeous little baby girl with big blue eyes? Yes please. I was mildly tempted to steal that baby and run on home with her. I've always wanted a little blue eyed baby. Not to say I'm not thrilled with the 4 sets of molten chocolate eyes that look up at me each day, but blue would have been a fun pop of color. Ah well. In another life. ANYWAY, this little family was too much fun to film. Easy going. Super candid. Constantly laughing and smiling. Happy people make me happy. And this song is perfection. Jordan + Katie + The Salt Lake City Temple

Okay I love this video. Watching this video makes me absolutely love what I do. It was a blast to film and a blast to edit. This couple will always make me smile. First of all Jordan is so full of personality. I literally laugh out loud watching the footage back. And Katie is so dang stunning it's impossible not to stare. They are so sweet in the moments together when they think no one is watching. It's so refreshing to witness. Be sure to watch for Jordan and his brother and their antics. I die. Jordan + Katie + A Reception That Won't Quit

AHHH! Loved this reception. Here are the things I loved: The center pieces. The groomsman that turns his back on the picture taking when all of the others are posing like fools. The groomsman with the mustache that winks and flirts creepily with the camera. Katie's sweet dance moves near the end. Jordan's entrance to the underside of Katie's dress. Flower girls in fluffy dresses. Yep. Look for all of those things. Also look for me and McKenzie. I normally don't blatantly put myself in my couple's videos because they want to see their friends and family in their video, not me. HOWEVER! After vacationing together and spending so much time with this amazing couple, I think Kenzie and I totes count as family at this point. So there you have it. Enjoy.

Jared + Dallas: The First Look

Oh how I love to be there the first time a groom sees his beautiful bride in her wedding dress. Such a neat experience. These two have such a darling relationship. Jared is constantly making Dallas laugh which is so so fun to watch. You can feel their love. And how precious is the tea party in the orchard idea? Miss Teen Draper

I had the opportunity to film the Miss Teen Draper pageant a few weeks ago. Such a fun event to be a part of! These girls are bursting with talent and energy. I do not envy the judges their job! AHHH! Danica is so pretty! AHHH! AHHH! Such a stunning bride. Loved filming this couple. She had a french tip manicure because that is what Jantzen likes best. Um, precious. Love that. This bouquet might have made my heart stop. It's possible that totally happened. Something that also totally happened is the super seksy sunburn i acquired on this shoot. Nice red lines across my upper arms for your viewing pleasure. Refrain from being jealous about it. Die with me at how perfectly this song matches the footage and her eyes. All together now....

What fun was had at this here wedding! This couple was so cute and fun. Lots of goofing and dancing and cuteness with this couple. Things that happened this day: McKenzie (my best friend/photographer) hit a bird on our way to the temple. Oh dear. So sad, but mostly SO funny. The bride and groom dropped it like it was hot on the temple grounds. Always a plus. "Accidental" butt graze from an older gentlemen from another bridal party, again on the temple grounds. Interesting, but no thanks. Things I LOVED: The groom's daughter. She was such a precious little miss. So loving and smiley and happy all day. The bride's dress. To die for. The personal hair dresser coiffing everyone's hair perfectly into place. The bridesmaids' dresses. Heavens yes! This song. This song is perfection to my soul with this footage. MFEO. LOVE! Enjoy! What a darling couple and what a fun venue! I was so so impressed. They threw this whole wedding together in just a few weeks because were living in Asia during most of their prep time. Love the cake. Love the flowers. Love the bridesmaid dresses. Love the center pieces. It was all so charming. And the left on a boat!! Perfection! Also this song perfectly depicts their relationship which made me love it that much more. Enjoy!

It makes my YEAR! This song also makes my year (Best Day of My Life - American Authors). And her bouquet? Perfection. I could go on and on. Hold on to your butts for the reception. I might have cried about the cake and it's fabulosity. It's possible. Enjoy!

I love this bride so much. I mean I love the groom too, don't get it twisted. But Kenzie... she's my girl. This reception was one of those grotesquely perfect receptions - My favorite to film. People with good taste are the best kind of people. Then you add on top of it that they are all insanely kind an gracious. Such a total pleasure to spend the day with these people. LOVE the noisy groomsmen. ALL 20 OF THEM. YOU HEARD, TWENTY!!! They sang the happy couple a personalized song - all referring to their smart phones for the lyrics. So cute and funny. This is my kind of crowd. Happy. NOT shy. Dancing. Goofing off. And incredibly sweet, every last one. Good people. Good food (I might have had six crepes and made myself mildly ill. It's possible.) Loved the photographer too. Yep. Zero complaints. Enjoy!

Nate + Bethany + An Alpine Arts Center Reception

These two. Love love love these two. There is a moment when they are hugging after they have their first dance and you can see Nate say to Bethany "I love you so much". Tear. Love was in the air. Lots of happy couples kissing and loving on each other in this video. Perfection. My favorite were the shots of the darling little flower girls giggling and tickling each other. For reals? It was like I hired a bunch of tiny actors and made them be perfect for me. Promise I didn't. Everyone in this video is attractive. It's kind of disgusting. But SUPER fun to film and edit. I've said it before, I'll say it again: Hot people are the best of all the rest. Enjoy!

Nate + Bethany + A Stunning April Wedding

ARE you kidding me with this couple?! This shoot was the stuff my videographer dreams are made of! Let's start with the brides hair, shall we? UN. REAL. Straight out of a commercial. The weather? In love. On my side. All soft and overcast. Their skin was glowing with that lovely filter of clouds. The groom. Impeccably dressed and so very handsome. And then there's the bride. She looks like I freaking hired her to be gorgeous for me. I didn't. Promises. Also the song was written for me to edit to (Eyes - Rogue Wave). Okay that is a lie, but it sure feels like it. ENJOY!!

Bryce + Arriane: The First Look

These two are so amazing. They were so easy to film and natural in front of the camera. We shot at the state capitol building in Salt Lake City. This was my first time shooting there and my oh my! The lighting was so totally ideal I couldn't even stand it! Good lighting = happiest girl in town. It makes such a difference. Their skin was glowing, I tell you. Glowing! I had full blown strep complete with fever and chills during this shoot so THAT made the experience interesting. But I came away with stunning footage so it mattered not in the end. Enjoy!

Forever Young

What a unique shoot this was. These girls are so full of life and talent! It was such a cool experience to be able to capture their skill and spirit. They are truly amazing. I love my job. Especially when I get to be a part of something so incredible. I'm beyond excited to film their recitals later this month! Stay tuned for more and enjoy.

This was a special shoot for me because Staci is one of my very best friends. I love working with people I love. Nothing makes me happier. And this shoot was so cute! Are you kidding me with the shiny red booths and black and white checkered floor tile and pink shake with whipped cream and a cherry on top?! And the carousel? And the fortune telling machine? It was all so totally perfect. And such a gorgeous couple too! We had and absolute ball! Enjoy :)
